What is an AI action?
An AI action counts when you use the AI Advisor or run a Deep Think analysis on an email. Standard features like auto-classification and email summaries do not consume AI action credits.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data and settings are preserved — nothing is deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing saves you 10% compared to paying month-to-month. You can switch between billing cycles at any time in the billing portal.
What does "emails/day" mean?
It's the number of incoming emails auto-classified by AI per day. Emails beyond your daily limit stay in your inbox unclassified and are processed automatically in the next cycle once your limit resets.
Is the platform GDPR-compliant?
Yes. AI processing runs on TextCortex infrastructure hosted in Germany (Azure EU) — email content never leaves the EU. All data lives in your Supabase instance (EU Frankfurt) with row-level security.
